A fun, active space for little ones to move, explore, and grow!
Join us for Mini Movers Pre-K Play, a welcoming program designed for children ages 1 to 5 years and their caregivers. Each session encourages movement, play, social interaction, and early learning in a fun and supportive environment.
Most sessions will feature special guests from community organizations and early childhood professionals who can answer questions, offer support, and connect families with valuable local resources.

Children under 1 attend free with a registered sibling from the same household

Join Registered Dietitians for a free virtual workshop designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 6 to 12. Learn practical strategies to support healthy eating habits, reduce mealtime stress, and help your child build a positive relationship with food.
